Opening the door
We believe wholeheartedly and passionately in developing the next generation. Our industry is all about shaping the future and is one of the fastest growing sectors on the planet. We understand that experience is everything, so we offer around 10 work experience placements a year. These are hands on and fun, providing genuine insight into careers.
We back this up by working closely with local colleges and secondary schools and attending careers events armed with useful career guides for young people. We are keen to promote opportunities in our industry to the widest possible range of young people of all backgrounds, ethnicities and gender.
Protecting our environment
We are continually looking for ways to be a more environmentally sustainable business. We consider sustainability throughout our business decisions from purchasing to waste minimisation, and we've been through an in-depth exercise to measure our carbon footprint. We also help our customers reduce the carbon footprint of their website. We support positive initiatives to improve our natural environment, both locally to us and further afield.
