Blog: European e-Privacy directive for website cookies

The EU has a new directive called the e-Privacy directive which comes into UK law in late May.  The regulations still aren't clear, but will be made so by the responsible regulator at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport.

This is mainly aimed at cookies which track users for behavioural advertising, but could affect all of us as cookies are widely used everywhere.

You can read more about the directive here.
